Intake
A household lands in a real profile—not a clipboard that dies at the door.
Distribution-day software for food pantries
Intake, the queue, and checkout stay in sync on every device your team picks up, so the line keeps moving and the day's numbers are ready when the doors close.

Good morning, team.
Paper twice
The same intake data, entered again later.
One machine
The line waits on a back-office terminal.
Numbers after close
The board wants answers while you rebuild the day.
A workspace your team can read at a glance
Stop retyping intake and rebuilding the report after the line is gone. The same live picture follows your team through the shift.

Good morning, team.
A clear queue for the next conversation.
The operational handoff
Intake → queue → shopping → checkout. Start with the workflow your team already knows. Nobody has to become a software administrator.

Waiting → shopping. Everyone sees the same live line while the room moves.
Weight and visit close on the floor. The record is already there for the report.
Your pantry QR
Each pantry gets its own QR code. Post it at the door. Staff scan it with any phone or tablet to open your pantry's intake and start the visit.
Example only: this code links to pantrynexus.com, not to a pantry check-in account.
Built for the whole team
Visits, queue movement, checkout weight, and volunteer activity feed one workspace. Each role sees what it needs.
Directors
See households served and pounds distributed for the calendar or fiscal year. Export donor and funder summaries to CSV.
Floor leads
Run intake, the queue, and checkout with weight from whatever laptop, tablet, or phone is free on the floor.
Volunteer coordinators
Register volunteers, sign shifts in and out, track hours, and hand out duties from templates. No add-on to buy.
Household data, protected
Pantry Nexus keeps that trust in the database, not only in a policy.
